With the economic globalization and the continuous optimization of our country's management environment,a large number of private enterprises in the initial stage of precipitation and accumulation,seize the opportunity for development,with diversification strategy in various industries to achieve good results,has been unprecedented development.However,with the continuous expansion of the enterprise territory,the organizational structure is becoming larger and larger,the traditional head culture of private enterprises is gradually not adapted to the modern management mode,the increase of levels and the different business characteristics of each sector affect the decision-making communication and strategic implementation of enterprises.However,because of the lack of local conditions and the customization of the enterprise's own reality and development stage,it not only does not play its due role,but also brings more severe challenges to the enterprise management.By means of marketing overall management and enterprise culture construction management,combined with job experience,this study tries to combine marketing 4C theory with enterprise culture construction communication theory,and applies it to enterprise culture construction and communication.First of all,through the analysis of the elements of marketing 4C theory,point-to-point search for the key points of corporate culture,through the deconstruction and reconstruction of the key elements,Try to construct the relationship model of enterprise culture internal communication in diversified industrial group,and construct a new mode of enterprise culture internal communication.Then the communication model is compared with the YX group employee questionnaire survey and the analysis of the present situation of enterprise culture construction to explore the necessity and feasibility of introducing the enterprise culture communication model based on marketing 4 C theory in the enterprise culture construction of diversified industrial groups.Based on the analysis of corporate culture transmission mechanism and every element of communication,this study discusses a practical and effective communication mode in the process of corporate culture communication,and applies the research mode to enterprise examples.The model can be used as a reference for enterprise groups that intend to apply marketing 4C concept to promote corporate culture.
