Nowadays, the books market faces more fierce market competition, competition pattern is having drastic changes.Firstly, this article is start from the books publishing market environment and development form, introduces the detail condition of the publishing in domestic and international, concept of the marketing channels and classification. This article have made deeply analysis for the market channels condition of publishing and the theory of book marketing channels, and made the comparison between the advantages and disadvantages for some modes of marketing channel management.Secondly, this article is based on the marketing channel transform of youth books in Changsha MeiLi Culture communication Co., LTD in2011and the detail process during the last year, which through detail description of the internal and external environment of Changsha MeiLi Culture communication Co., LTD, records the channel marketing schemes of the designing and the tiny adjustment during the implement process. We confirm the positive contribution of the case of marketing channel to get260million in2011in Changsha MeiLi Culture communication Co., LTD through recorded the sale condition of the case of marketing channel, the change of sale data and objective analysis.The marketing for the books is an integrated, systemic project. Because the channel marketing strategy is still in the early stages of the practice, still has many places needed to be improved. We believe that with the hard work in the market department and the deeply analysis of the marketing strategy, the efficiency of marketing will continue improved and will play more active role in the development of the company. At the same time, it will be help for the marketing channel practical in other companies in the same industry.
