The Behavior And Design Of Enterprise Mobile Learning APP

At the beginning of 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 has unprecedentedly affected the offline training of enterprises.The demand for online independent learning has increased exponentially,which has become the new tendency of corporate training.Telecom operators make full use of the advantages of 5G,actively innovate employee training mechanisms,and use mobile learning to enable employees to improve their industry solution capabilities and public service support capabilities,so as to maximize the value of employee training.Based on the actual needs of the enterprise,this paper designs and researches the enterprise mobile learning APP,which not only satisfies the enterprise training upgrade,but also helps the mobile learning to develop better.This paper first analyzed the existing functions of the enterprise mobile learning APP in the market,and put forward some new functions that need to be improved through summary analysis.Secondly,on the based on the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT),combined with factors such a"perceived playfulness","personal innovativenss","perceived resources","self-management of learning" and other factors,the enterprise mobile learning APP user acceptance behavior is proposed.Thirdly,based on the survey questionnaire data of H province telecom company,the research model and hypothesis were verified through SPSS23.0 software.According to the results,it was found that the factors that influence users to use the enterprise mobile learning APP,from large to small,are found behavioral intention to use,personal innovation,perceived playfulness,perceived resources,self-management of learning,social Influence,performance expectancy,effort expectancy.Finally,according to the related method of goal-directed design,the design of enterprise mobile learning APP was optimized,and the existing project of H province telecom company was improved.
