With the emergence of "Yu'E Bao" in 2013, the Internet industry is competing to involve in financial industry and internet financial management products are rapidly developing. At the end of 2015, there had been more than 1900 internet financial management APPs in the market and the number of monthly customers had reached to 26,340,000, all of which shows that internet mobile financial APP has become one of the most popular financial channels.This paper, firstly, analyzes the functions of mobile financial APP. After finding some shortcomings some new improved functions are be put forward; Secondly, combined with the "financial cognitive level", "perceived risk", "individual innovative", etc, a new research model is proposed about user acceptance behavior of mobile financial APP. Then ased on the questionnaire survey, the research model and research hypotheses are well verified and the results show that behavior intention, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, convenience, risk, social influence, individual innovation, financial management impacting on the behavior of users of mobile financial APP, and reducing the effect. Finally, according to influencing factors of mobile financial APP, under the guidance of the design model of Goal-oriented, a new mobile financial management APP has been designed with many new improved fuctions and new visual interface.
