Research On The Design Of E-government APP Based On UTAUT Model

Under the background of the mobile Internet era,the increasingly improvement of the network environment and the development of the mobile Internet technology have led to the increasing demand for mobile Internet applications.As one of the most convenient means and ways,APP is one of the necessary media for the government to do well in public service.It is also one of the means and ways for the government to provide convenient and instant services to the public.And according to the investigation and analysis of the e-government APP in the current market,the mobile service provided by e-government APP is still in the primary stage.Meanwhile the theoretical research of related aspects is not mature,and the research results are also relatively backward.The UTAUT(Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology)model is an information technology acceptance model that explores the cognitive factors of technology or product users.It has a guiding significance for the development and optimization for the product and technology.With the help of the research results of UTAUT model,mobile internet,e-government and other related technical theories,this paper explores the factors that affect the user's acceptance and behavior of the existing mobile e-government.In the early analysis stage,first of all,with the cognition of users as the center,combined with the business needs of the relevant government departments,on the basis of the original UTAUT model,the three factors of individual innovation,perceived risk and perceived trust were added,and the APP acceptance and behavior model of user was built together.Secondly,the SPSS and AMOS software are used to analyze and verify the variable data,and the structural equation model is used to verify hypothesis relations among the variables in the model,and the model is adjusted.Then the variables saved by the model are analyzed as the APP design factors of e-government,and the design strategy of e-government APP is summarized.At the stage of design practice,the background and expected objectives of the project are described first.According to the design strategy put forward in the analysis stage,the design demand of Yuxi APP is located.Then the design of government service platform is carried out,and a series of government services including information disclosure,service hall,comprehensive topics and so on are implemented.Finally,the user experience test is carried out on the built system.The results of the test are analyzed from the aspects of stability,security,convenience and comfort,and the application validity of the model is verified by the design practice.This paper supplemented and adjusted the UTAUT basic model by combining the characteristics of the e-government industry,deeply analyzed the influence factors of the APP users' intention and behavior.While validating the validity of UTAUT theory in the design and development of e-government APP,it was also a new attempt to apply the UTAUT model in the field of e-government.It gave a certain guiding significance to the design of mobile e-government product with integrated interface,function,process,and experience,and a complete service system.
