Optimal Design Of Bank Application Interface Based On User Experience

With the development of mobile internet,large amounts of user behaviors have migrated from offline scenarios to the digital domain.In this context,the existing banking system faces all sorts of challenges.As the main channel for banks to provide services to customers,bank apps are prone to have problems such as dysfunctional and tedious.It is necessary to optimize the user experience to meet user requirements in the mobile internet era.This dissertation starts with the elements of user experience.Firstly,it analyzes the development process of bank mobile app and the problems exposed when the bank faces the impact of internet finance.The second chapter explores the design principles of bank mobile app and summarizes the methods to improve the user experience.In the third chapter,the author summarized the core requirements of users through a survey questionnaire.After that,the author selected representative products from the three categories of state-owned commercial banks,joint-stock commercial banks,and online finance for analysis and comparison.According to the content of the first three chapters,the fourth chapter optimizes the interactive process and visual performance of the China Construction Bank APP.The author also developed a web app to express the design concept.Finally,the design is validated by the usability test,the results show that user experience and recognition efficiency have been significantly improved.This dissertation applies the design principles of bank app to practice and optimizes the interface design of the Construction Bank APP.The final results have certain practical value and reference significance for the designers of banking products.
