The Research And Design Based On User Experience On Web Interface Which Used In The Internet Banking System

Under the circumstances of today’s rapid development of science and technology,the Internet is not only chaning the way of people’s life,but also improve her quality.Banks,for example, The Internet banking has changed the traditional mode of bank-counter.Now we can do almost everything in the internet instead of the bank,in which we have to take a lot of time. In this way,we can save much time and artificial cost.Speaking of online transactions,the interface design is particularly important,what we do is to solve the problem that how to meet the demand of customer in the shortest of time,and give them the best experience.In this paper,we study the interface of internet banking,in order to improve the experience while people using the web page,here comes the following results:1.By analysis current situation and actual cases,put forward the purpose of this study,and also the significance and study method. 2.Explain the meaning of internet banking interface.The factors that impact user experience:User、environment、product、emotion. 3.By study, put forward new user experience overall thinking method and model,in which can help us choose the right user experience method to take in early design and development,while in the circumstance of so many business and users at the same time.And how to use them in the actual case. 4.Using this method to design internet banking interface,by competing goods、user interviews and simulate user roles to guide the design,plan the design in two ways of functional and requirements. 5.Test and give the final result of design in the actual case.
