A Study On Interprovincial Services Of People's Livelihood Archives In The Yangtze River Delta

At present,the development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta has officially risen to a national strategy.The development of regional integration in the Yangtze River Delta has entered a new stage of comprehensive acceleration,which has brought new opportunities and challenges to the development of the people's livelihood archives in the Yangtze River Delta,especially It is a livelihood file closely related to the interests of the people.Against this background,the Yangtze River Delta region(Jiangsu Province,Zhejiang Province,Anhui Province,and Shanghai three provinces and one city)established a remote query mechanism for people's livelihood archives.The archives of the three provinces and one city signed an agreement to start cooperation and created a cross-province utilization of archives across the country.The first of its kind.The development of this cooperation,on the one hand,provides people in the Yangtze River Delta with more personalized archive services,and lays the foundation for the further practice of regional sharing of archives;on the other hand,the practice of cross-province service of the people's livelihood archives in the Yangtze River Delta is still in its early stages and exists.Many problems and challenges.Therefore,this study takes the people's livelihood archives as the main body,investigates and analyzes the interprovincial service work of the people's livelihood files in the Yangtze River Delta region,and finally puts forward suggestions on how to further improve the interprovincial service work of the people's livelihood files in the Yangtze River Delta region.The full text is composed of six chapters: Chapter 1 outlines the basic situation of the full text;Chapter 2 is the conceptual definition and theoretical basis of cross-province services for people 's livelihood archives in the Yangtze River Delta region,including the specific scope of the Yangtze River Delta and the definition of cross-province services for people 's livelihood archives.The feasibility and necessity of cross-province service of archives.The third chapter is the analysis of the interprovincial services of the people's livelihood archives in the Yangtze River Delta region,including the relationship between the integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the interprovincial services of the people's livelihood archives,as well as the current status of the work of the provinces,the main service models and service processes,and case studies.Chapter 4 is a summary of the basic experience gained from the implementation of cross-province service practice of people's livelihood files in the Yangtze River Delta region.Chapter 5 is based on summing up the experience,and puts forward the enlightenment to carry out the interprovincial service of people's livelihood archives in other regions.Expect to make a small contribution to the promotion and optimization of the cross-province service of people's livelihood files.
