Investigation Of The Current Situation Of Female Practitioners In Museums In The Past Ten Years

In the past ten years,with the development of cultural relics and museums education in China,the female practitioners of museums have been well nurtured and trained in relevant knowledge of museology and practical skills,and have begun to invest a lot in the construction of museums.Compared with the initial development of domestic field of cultural relics and museums,the proportion of female practitioners has been greatly improved in museums in recent years,which has contributed to the peak period of museum operation and development.However,there is no relevant investigation and analysis on the number of female museum practitioners in China.As an important promoter of museum development,museum female practitioners are of great significance to carry out investigation and research.With the female museum practitioners in the past decade,this paper investigates the museums of different levels in China,and mainly studies the current characteristics of the museum female practitioners and puts forward personal opinions through the online data collection,field visits and data analysis.Firstly investigate the current situation of the female museum practitioners in China,focusing on the distribution of the female practitioners,the scope of the background of business,and then analyze the development status and characteristics.This paper aims to conduct network and field research and provide insights on the current situation of female museum practitioners in China,and hopes to provide reference to the future development of female museum practitioners.
