Research On The Characteristics Of Ancient Chinese Bibliography Abstracts

Writing abstracts is a fine tradition of ancient bibliography.Abstracts are an important part of ancient Chinese bibliographies.While revealing the value of books,they also reflect the development of history,politics,and academic culture in a specific period.By studying the unique bibliographic synopsis of ancient China,this article first introduces the concept of synopsis,compilation source and development,compilation purpose and function under the introduction,and then summarizes ancient times from three aspects: academic,political,and academic rationality.The characteristics of the abstract,in order to comprehensively and accurately explore the characteristics of the abstract of the ancient bibliography from a macro perspective.The discourse of academic characteristics is to reveal the ontological value of the synopsis as a part of the catalog from the three disciplines of bibliography,philology,and collation;this article believes that the bibliography is produced under a specific historical background and has different periods of history and ethnicity.The stigma reflects the consciousness of the rulers at that time.Therefore,the summary must also have political characteristics.It is specifically expressed as the timeliness of"revision of books in the flourishing age,highlighting the prosperity of the rule of culture",the nationality of "the distinction between the Chinese and the barbarian"and the "respect of Confucianism and Taoism "The class nature of ";the purpose of academic rationality is to reveal the deep logic of the bibliographic summary.The view of reverence and understanding reflects the theoretical height and depth of academic research by ancient scholars.The reverence of ancient thinking is mainly reflected in the three generations as the source and the words of the saints.Respected,the author's integrated thinking can be seen everywhere in the content of the abstract.Therefore,the ancients used the abstract to express their views and insights and spread knowledge while also hoping to achieve other levels of enlightenment.This is the value connotation behind the ancient abstract literature.
