With the further promotion of China's innovation-driven development strategy, scientific data has penetrated into all aspects of scientific research and innovation activities, continuously promoting scientific and technological innovation and national development, and more and more people have begun to attach importance to scientific data.Scientific data sharing is different from the traditional monopoly model of information resources. The open sharing of scientific data resources of the initiative promotes the reuse of scientific data, which is an inevitable requirement of the development of the times. The scientific data sharing platform has developed and integrated a large number of scientific data resources, which is an important support for scientific data sharing activities, realized the preservation and sharing of scientific data, and provided a convenient way for scientific data users to access data conveniently and efficiently.Since the launch of China's scientific data project, although a large number of scientific data sharing platforms have been established subsequently, the functional needs of users for the platforms have not been effectively satisfied. In this paper, based on the theory of user needs research, the user needs of scientific data sharing platforms are sorted out by combining the literature analysis method and questionnaire survey method.Through the Kano model analysis method, the Better-Worse coefficient was combined with the sensitivity curve to rank the importance of user requirement items. In addition, the current construction status of six national scientific data sharing platforms in China and the satisfaction of user requirements were investigated, and the current shortcomings of the platforms were analyzed.Optimization strategies were proposed in terms of improving the standardization system of scientific data and improving the content functions of scientific data sharing platforms. |
