| With the advent of the era of big data,data resources continue to surge,scientific research has ushered in the fourth paradigm,that is,"data-intensive science".As an important output of researchers and research projects,scientific data has obvious scientific value,technical value,economic value,social value and cultural value.At the same time,the Measures for the Management of Scientific Data pointed out that,as a basic strategic resource of the country,scientific data can not only provide the basis for important decision-making of the country,but also play a certain role in promoting the progress of scientific and technological innovation and economic and social development.Therefore,it is urgent to accelerate the flow and transformation of scientific data through scientific data sharing,realize the reuse and value-added of scientific data,and promote scientific data sharing to solve the current information gap and other problems.In recent years,although our country scientific data sharing project has made certain achievements,there are still a series of problems,such as sharing consciousness is not strong,sharing mechanism is not perfect and so on,which will hinder the realization of scientific data sharing value.Scientific data sharing is a multi-subject activity.Researchers,universities,libraries,governments,research institutions,and research funding institutions are all inevitably involved in the scientific data sharing network.Therefore,the diversity of subjects should be fully taken into account,the awareness of subject sharing should be raised,and all subjects should be attracted to jointly help scientific data sharing.Establish a mechanism for scientific data sharing and value co-creation.This paper integrates the theory of value co-creation,adopts the method of system dynamics to study the mechanism of scientific data shared value co-creation,so as to explore the influence of the components in the system of scientific data shared value co-creation on value co-creation.At the same time,the system model is simulated,and the realization strategy of scientific data shared value co-creation is further proposed through the simulation results.The content of this paper is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background,significance,content and methods,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad through literature review.Chapter 2 introduces related concepts and foundations,including related concepts of scientific data and scientific data sharing,value co-creation theory,connotation of value co-creation of scientific data sharing,and system dynamics theory.Chapter 3 analyzes the system elements and mechanism of value co-creation of scientific data,including the analysis of the internal and external motivations of value co-creation of scientific data sharing subjects,the analysis of the four components of the system of value co-creation of scientific data sharing,and the drawing of the mechanism causal diagram of value co-creation of scientific data sharing.Chapter 4 builds the scientific data sharing value co-creation model,conducts simulation to observe the role of each component element in the system to the value co-creation system,and finds that the subject,object,media and environment of scientific data sharing value co-creation have a positive effect on the value co-creation in the process of scientific data sharing,but there are differences in the degree of influence.The influence of subject and media on value co-creation is more obvious.Chapter 5 puts forward the realization strategy of scientific data shared value co-creation based on the sensitivity analysis results of the scientific data shared value co-creation model.Chapter 6 summarizes the research of this paper,and puts forward future research prospects in view of the shortcomings of the research. |
