At present,the video processing and transmission platform of a single type of image sensor on the market can only clear image information in the daytime with sufficient light,and the image information is limited in the case of poor light at night.This paper designs an infrared and high-definition dual-channel video processing and transmission platform that can be used to obtain clear images in the daytime and at night.This platform uses TMS320DM8168 as the core processor of the system.Combined with the demand analysis of the current video processing and transmission platform,it uses the advantages of its multi-core architecture to complete the design of the infrared and highdefinition dual-channel video processing and transmission platform.In the hardware,the control board based on TMS320DM8168 core processor,and the other hardware circuits contains video input and output circuits,network transmission circuits,storage circuits and power circuits.In the software,the Linux operating system Ubuntu 12.04 is selected.Based on the Mc FW software framework,the video acquisition program design,video fusion program design,video compression coding program design and video transmission program design are completed by using C language.The dual-channel video processing and transmission platform fuses and overlays the infrared and high-definition video images and displays them comprehensively,so as to obtain more abundant image information.At the same time,aiming at the problem of distortion in realtime video acquisition,the image correction algorithm is adopted to solve the distortion image.The image processing and transmission platform designed in this paper can reduce the influence of light,obtain clear and complete video images,improve the effective information of images,and increase the applicability of the video processing and transmission platform.
