Research On Online Education Services Of Public Libraries In My Country

The development of information storage technology and network technology provides a new way for people to obtain library services,and the advantage of online education is more and more obvious.Based on the increasing demand of online education service of public library,this paper studies the online education service of public library,which lays the foundation for public library to better carry out the function of social education.Based on the investigation of online education service of public libraries at home and abroad,this paper finds that some public libraries in China have launched a variety of series of open courses service projects centered on MOOC construction,comprehensively gathered superior education resources,and transmitted scientific and cultural knowledge in various forms on the basis of sub topics and sub disciplines.However,foreign public libraries combine online education with academic education to optimize the curriculum management system so as to fit the social practice better.In the process of carrying out the research,it is noticed that there are some problems in the online education of public libraries,such as the repeated construction of resources,the contradiction between supply and demand and so on.In order to better solve these problems and further improve the online education system,public libraries need to actively introduce external resources on the basis of cooperation and sharing,and make use of the respective advantages of libraries and external institutions to accurately serve the public.Therefore,from the perspective of the composition of online education service of public library,this paper studies one by one,analyzes the carrier of online education service and the cooperation mode between public library and external institutions,so as to further improve the operation system of online education.At the same time,based on the analysis of the characteristics of online education needs of different service objects,this paper plans the service content carefully again to make the service content more fit the needs of users.Finally,the construction mode of public library alliance,cross organization Online Education Alliance and library school alliance is formed,which can better realize the co construction and sharing of learning resources,improve the utilization efficiency of all kinds of service objects,and achieve the purpose of library public culture education.
