Research On Service Recommendation System Based On Qos Evaluation Of Online Education Service

With the popularity of Internet technology, online education has been increasingly concerned. The main purpose of design and operation of materials, systems and management service of online education is to provide various levels of service for people’s education and learning. Online education service is not only the educational service but also the network components, so quality of service (QoS) of it is the key influencing factor of learner satisfaction. Therefore the QoS of online education service and its evaluation, and how to improve the satisfaction of learners by QoS of online education service have become one of the highly concerned and actively research topics in the online education field.With deeply application of online education, there is more and more online education service which provides more learning opportunities for learners, but on the opposite it also increases the difficulty for learners to search for high-quality and suitable online education service. Firstly, there are many different functions and qualities of online education service which take much time for learners to discriminate its quality and find the really suitable ones. This increases learners’ burden. Secondly, learners search for online education service based on their own QoS preference, so get a similar list of education service is hard to satisfy the learners’ personalized needs and this descends learners’ satisfaction. How to help learners get the online education service that satisfy their own QoS preference easily and accurately has become the urgent problem which needs to be solved.Based on the research of online education service QoS, this paper design and implement of the service recommendation system based on QoS evaluation of online education service in order to improve learners’ satisfaction and utilization of online education service which has high-quality and suitable for learners. Firstly, the basic concepts, evaluation index system and method for QoS of online education are proposed based on the research achievements of QoS and its evaluation. Then QoS needs preference model of different learners is build and we propose recommendation model and algorithm of online education service from the point of it. Lastly, development of the online education recommendation system, it is verified by simulation experiments that the online education service recommendation algorithm has a theory and the practical significance for satisfying learners’ personalized QoS needs preference and enhancing learners’ satisfaction.
