In recent years,the development of the Internet and integrated chips has led to the upgrading of signal acquisition and processing system.With increasing application demands,the signal acquisition and processing system has greatly improved in acquisition rate,acquisition accuracy and data processing capacity.Under the application of complex noise background,such as ultrasonic testing,distributed optical fiber detection and industrial field multi-point analog measurement,acquisition system needs to have multi-channel data processing ability.In some industrial production lines,oil pipelines and other application scenarios such as real-time detection of temperature and stress,acquisition system needs to have good real-time performance.After investigation and comprehensive consideration of the performance,applicability and cost of the signal acquisition and processing system,existing acquisition system cannot fully meet the application requirements.According to the above problems,this paper made an in-depth reserch for signal acquisition and processing system.Designed an overall framework of the system,and complemented a set of embedded multi-channel high-speed signal acquisition and processing system through the research of following aspects:Firstly,according to the overall framework,designs a one-master and multi-slave communication bus based on SPI.Taking the transmission control unit as SPI host,realizs the parallel receiving of data from six acquisition control units(SPI slave)and the transmission of acquisition control instructions.The transmission rate can reach20 Mbps.Secondly,through the research of FPGA high-speed signal acquisition and processing technology and synchronous timing processing technology,the logic function of acquisition and control unit based on Cyclone10 LP low-power FPGA is designed.Through the research of the overlapping average filtering algorithm and quantitative analysis the principle of noise reduction,combined with the FPGA parallel pipeline architecture,realized a real-time overlapping average filtering algorithm based on FPGA.The algorithm can adapt the trigger frequency and solves the problem that of trigger frequency must be fixed in the past.Then,through the research of heterogeneous SoC FPGA and its on-chip high-speed AXI bus,design the logic function of transmission control unit based on Cyclone V SoC FPGA,and design the interface application by using on-chip high-speed AXI bus,which implements high-speed interconnection between FPGA and HPS,and solves the problem of insufficient on data throughput between FPGA and ARM.Finally,through the research of embedded Socket network technology,designed supporting softwares of the acquisition system.The embedded multi-channel high-speed signal acquisition and processing system designed in this paper has 36 analog signal channels,the highest 65 MHz sampling rate and 14-bit sampling resolution,which can filter the sampled data in real time,and display the sampling waveforms of each channel through the upper computer.Through the experimental test,it is verified that the system is feasible and has strong practical application value.The acquisition system has a certain versatility for repeated signals under large background noise,and can provide platform support for multi-channel signal acquisition and processing in the industrial field.
