Building a healthy China is an important strategy of China.As the cenrtal part of "health literacy" which is the main index of healthy China planning,health information literacy has been widely concerned.With the rapid process of the Internet and other emerging media,the global health service system has become increasingly intelligent and complex.The channels of residents' access to health information,the behavior of using health information,and the attitude towards health information have changed,which makes the country put forward new requirements for the level of residents' health information literacy.Based on the background of media socialization and Healthy China Construction,this paper uses two theoretical perspectives: Wister's health literacy influencing factor model and detailed possibility theory,and uses the sampling survey data of media use and health information literacy of individual businesses in Shenyang in 2020.The purpose of this study is to study the influence of media factors on the health information literacy of individual business households,so as to provide reference for the improvement of health information literacy of individual business households.This paper constructs a regression model of the impact of media on the health information literacy of individual businesses.The results show that after controlling the eight variables of gender,age,education level,ethnic group,business category,self-rated economic stress,self-rated health status and chronic disease prevalence,the types of media use,the initiative of media health information acquisition,the degree of internal cognitive involvement in media involvement The five independent variables of media satisfaction and media trust significantly affect the health information literacy of individual businesses.Strengthening the construction of health information access media channels,improving the initiative of individual business households to obtain media health information,enhancing the internal cognitive involvement of individual business households when using the media,and improving the media satisfaction and trust of individual business households are conducive to the improvement of individual business households' health information literacy and the realization of health education and health promotion.
