| In the past ten years,the research on fictional TV series with science as the theme has made some progress.Many studies have explored the influence of fiction,including films,television shows,short stories and novels,to teach scientific concepts to the public in formal and informal science education Settings,or to improve the public's critical thinking skills.As one kind of fictional movies and TV plays,the educational function of medical movies and TV plays to convey health knowledge information to the audience should also be paid attention to.Through the research in this paper,the research on the health communication effect of mass media is enriched and improved,and medical movies and TV plays are selected as the entry point to analyze and study the communication effect in the field of health communication.In this paper,factor analysis,cross analysis and cluster analysis are adopted to conduct normative and empirical research on them in combination with theories,and the health communication effect of medical films and TV plays on medical drama lovers is taken as an example for research.Through the empirical study on the health communication effect of medical movies and TV plays on the audience,the author finds that the health literacy of the audience is related to the health communication effect.The emotional involvement of the audience is correlated with and positively correlated with the effect of health communication.In the end,this paper puts forward some optimization Suggestions for the production and marketing of medical films and TV plays.It is suggested that in the future production,first of all,more attention should be paid to improving the audience's health literacy to form a virtuous cycle of health communication.Second,to attach importance to emotional involvement,a good actor plot is indispensable;Finally,it is to strengthen the specialty of movies and TV series and cultivate the public's correct medical cognition. |
