Humanities Science and Social Science Research helps understand significant social problems and find solutions,and research on the construction of humanities and social sectors can promote the development of humanities and social sciences.my country 's humanities and social sciences have less construction,and it is necessary to learn from foreign theoretical practices.This article first selects the four major class types of similarity items(European Open Science Cloud EOSC,Open Acquisition Publishing Projects OAPEN,public language resources and technology infrastructure project CLARIN and Open Acquisition infrastructure project OPERAS)The platform service function,literature resources and services,governance programs,which in turn state the advantages of the OPERAS project construction.Then,this paper uses the European Humanities Social Science Open Access Infrastructure Project Operas as a representative case,using case analysis and combines project management theory,using plan review technology,the working decomposition structure map of Operas project is generated and PRET chart.The project's content framework is described in detail,and the Operas project is divided into project design,project preparation,and project construction from the perspective of the project management theory.Studies have found that there are many problems such as effective cooperation between my country's Humanities and Social Sciences and Open Access to Infrastructure Construction.Therefore,this paper combines the management theory to analyze the advantages of Operas project construction,providing a reference for the development of my country's Humanities and Social Sciences Opening Infrastructure.
