Remanufacturing is regarded as an important driving force to promote economic growth,improve corporate efficiency and enhance corporate competitiveness.However,most consumers on the market currently lack confidence in the functions and quality of remanufactured products.Research on the warranty of remanufactured products is of great significance to improving the remanufacturing market.Therefore,how to use big data to realize the intelligent application of remanufacturing and product warranty services and increase the market for remanufactured products has become an urgent problem for remanufacturing companies.In response to the above problems,this article studies the warranty service of big data-driven remanufactured products,and the specific contents include:(1)The big data implementation framework and analysis module of remanufactured products for warranty service are designed.The composition of warranty-oriented remanufactured product warranty big data,big data acquisition,pretreatment and analysis methods are explained.The big data processing platform based on Hadoop is analyzed.(2)A method of dividing the remanufactured product module for warranty service is proposed.On the basis of product module division based on function and structure,combined with the warranty service of remanufactured products,a warranty service-oriented remanufacturing product module division method is proposed,which divides remanufactured products into manufacturing modules and remanufacturing modules.(3)A decision-making model for the warranty service of the remanufactured product module is constructed.Firstly,it defines the warranty service strategy(warranty service method,warranty period)for remanufactured products.Then it analyzes the market demand function affected by the warranty service strategy and price,the failure probability density function under the Weibull distribution,and the impact of the multi-quality level recycling method of waste products on the cost of remanufactured products.The objective function of cost and profit of the remanufactured product module is establish.Finally,a decision-making model for remanufacturing product module warranty service based on game theory is established.With the remanufacturer and the retailer as the leaders of Stackelberg,respectively,the analysis of the best warranty service method,warranty period and maximum profit adopted under preventive maintenance.Taking a batch of remanufactured engines of a certain company as an example,the feasibility of the model was verified,and a sensitivity analysis was carried out to provide support for research on the warranty service decision of remanufactured products.(4)The optimization method of remanufactured product configuration under multiple warranty service strategies is proposed.The cost,warranty profit,and carbon emissions of remanufactured products are analyzed and modeled;the above three goals as the optimization objective function is used to establish a warranty-oriented remanufactured product configuration optimization model;genetic algorithm to solve the problem is used,and warranty-oriented Optimal configuration of remanufactured products for services is obtained.The feasibility of the above method is verified by taking the optimization of a company's remanufactured automobile product configuration for warranty service as an example.(5)A big data-driven remanufacturing product warranty service decision support system was built.Designed the framework and modules of the decision support system for remanufacturing products oriented to warranty service.Through the analysis of the warranty service,a data warehouse for big data analysis and decision-making are designed;a development and deployment environment,visualization architecture based on Spring MVC,and system function modules are designed.Provide support for remanufactured product module warranty service decisions and warranty-oriented product configuration optimization decisions.
