Research Of Agent Oriented Data And Knowledge Service Under Decision Support Frame

With the continuous expansion of medical information data, the rate of patient treatment needs to be improved.Building intelligent data exchange platform which is greatly improved to the existing medical conditions.So integrating data can help doctors make more accurate diagnosis and improve the quality of comprehensive diagnosis and treatment.And it has attracted the attention of the government and doctors slowly.But to further the research results, it should be realized the sharing of medical information data and the construction of medical knowledge.So,impeding the sharing of medical information data is not only the lack of medical information interconnection,but also the missing of data conversion algorithm and support platform.In order to solve the problem of referral clinic data and platform sharing which the doctor couldn’t get,in this paper,we combine the relevant technology of the computer which associate a lot of disparate data and medical knowledge.To solve the problem of data sharing,data conversion,using,this paper depend on National Natural Science Foundation project on “Research on clinical decision support system based on multi agent”and the Hubei project “Study on data exchange specification of population health information platform in Hubei Province”.With the reference of research results and relevant literature,it proposes data service,knowledge service and data definition service to solve data sharing in different medical institutions.Taking advantage of web service and HL7 and using of multi-agent and web service integration technology based on existing knowledge to solve medical problems fully.It is a environment that could dynamically adapt to changing clinical guidelines.Through using them,we can achieve data web service,knowledge web service,data definition web service and propose the data exchange algorithm.In the environment,which can exchange and save medical data of the muiti-agents,the module of electronic medical records,production rules.The main work of the paper include:Achieve the electronic medical records service, for the decisions as the supporting of the data and save the agent decision results.Based on HL7 V3 CDA standard,which defines data interaction,can make the data to implement business logic in accordance with unified standard and data interaction under different systems.According to the relevant attribute in clinical guidelines defines data definition rule,which constraints the interaction in the process of data. Achieving rules service,the agent in the execution can complete smoothly.Within the framework of IHE information sharing,we provide data interaction service to meet the needs of the doctor and patient,and get manufacturer’s support.
