With the rapid development of China's economy,all kinds of new manufacturing industries continue to rise,and the demand for energy in all kinds of large industrial parks is increasing.How to improve the efficiency of energy utilization,energy conservation and emission reduction,reduce energy consumption and other issues have become the issues that industrial park managers and experts often discuss.In recent years,a service mode of integrating multiple energy sources to provide energy for the park has been proposed at home and abroad,which is called comprehensive energy service mode.It is very important for enterprises and the country to deeply understand this service mode.Firstly,this paper deeply understands the current research status of the development of integrated energy services at home and abroad,and on this basis,puts forward the overall design scheme of Industrial Park integrated energy services platform.On the.Net platform,using C#back-end development language,combined with the front-end HTML+CSS+JavaScript and other mainstream technologies,using MVC framework to build the platform,SQL Server database to do data storage and processing,using the Modbus RTU communication protocol for equipment monitoring and daily data transmission,basically realizes the construction of the industrial park integrated energy service platform.In the development process,using the idea of modular development,the five functional modules of data overview,energy consumption evaluation,load forecasting,energy audit and optimal scheduling are developed.The data overview module can detect the key energy consumption of the industrial park.In the energy consumption evaluation module,AHP is used to determine the weight,and fuzzy evaluation method is used to determine the energy consumption level.In the load forecasting module,BP neural network algorithm is used to forecast the load demand of the next day in combination with the weather conditions,and MATLAB experimental simulation is done with historical data,which achieves the expected effect.The energy audit module can intuitively display and export the required data for auditors.The optimization scheduling module uses genetic algorithm,combines the weather conditions and the output characteristics of various energy equipment,takes the daily operation cost of the Industrial Park as the goal,obtains the relative optimal solution of the operation time of various equipment,and makes matlab experimental simulation with historical data to achieve the expected goal.The platform has been tested and achieved the expected design goal.The platform improves the efficiency of energy utilization and the work efficiency of the operation and maintenance personnel of the comprehensive energy service in the industrial park.It is an effective comprehensive energy service platform for the industrial park.
