At present, as the important area of science technology and economic development in our country, the industrial parks have got great deveplopment. Furthermore, there still exists large energy consumption problem of the industry development at the process of developing. To monitor and control the energy consumption, the ways that traditional manual data acquisition and environmental monitoring station are both the cost of manpower,material resources, financial resources but low results. So the modern management of industrial parks urgently need a more efficient and reasonable management monitoring mode to manage the energy consumption of industrial park environment.Based on the study of the monitoring system of the IOT (internet of things), the paper designs real-time monitoring system which is applicable to the energy conservation and emissions reduction of industrial parks according to the process of data acquisition, transmission, storage and the data presentation by the Web monitoring system on the requirements of the real-time monitoring system of energy conservation and emissions reduction.Mainly, The paper focuses on the design and development of the data acquisition,data transmission and data presentation by the Web monitoring system.The work in the paper is as the following.(1) The requirement analysis of the real-time monitoring system of energy conservation and emissions reduction in the industrial parks. Firstly determine the network topology structure and the hardware and software equipment of the real-time monitoring system for energy conservation and emissions based on the environment and network condition of the industrial parks.Then specify the needs according to the requirements of the real-time monitoring of the industrial parks.(2) The architecture and design of real-time monitoring system for energy conservation and emissions reduction. Firstly, design the whole architecture of the energy conservation and emissions reduction of the industrial parks.Then design respectively the distribution of the data acquisition points, data acquisition frequency, network connection and the function module of web application platform.(3) The key technology implementations of the real-time monitoring system for energy conservation and emissions reduction in the industrial parks.In order to guarantee the correctness of the data in the process of transmission,this paper adopts CRC to verify whether the data is lost.Then the data is managed dynamically by flex,including the query and statistics of history data as well as the real-time data presentation.(4) The test of the real-time monitoring system. This paper mainly adopts black box for testing the monitoring system for energy conservation and emissions reduction.After multiple test cases for testing, it finally gets result that the real-time monitoring system has achieved the goal the system expected.Through the test of the real-time monitoring system, it verifies the system can monitor energy consumption effectively in real time, avoid the loss of energy and pollution to the environment, and promote the management and development of the enterprises in the industrial park.
