In the management process of manufacturing industrial park, there exists a great difference within production management methods, constraints of production factors and resource requirements in different enterprise of the industrial park. Therefore, it urgently needs a unified, common and organized resource management method for effective management of the overall resources of the park. In this paper, it proposed an industrial park integrated service information resource analysis application platform to solve this problem. The platform's core mission is to build top-down macro-production coarse-grained resource decomposition model based on the key elements needed for the production, and use the BP neural network technology to build a mapping mechanism between production factors and capacities of resources, while establish the resource capacity assessment model. Achieve resource assessment and the transform between factor set of production plan and coarse-grained set of capabilities of its various critical resources. There are the mainly contents in this paper:(1) Propose an overall framework of the resource analysis application platform.There exist three modules in the resource analysis application platform--the plan decomposition module, resource mapping module and resource capacities assessment module to establish Multi-granularity decomposition model of production plan. And use the BP neural network technology to build the mapping mechanism between production factors and resources capacity. Then achieve the convert from the set of elements of production plan to coarse-grained set of resources capabilities and the assessment.(2) Establish the generic description of production resources and decomposition model of the macro-model tasks. Establish the conceptual model of the resource decomposition template, based-on the general description of production resources and the resource mate model. The model is specifically expressed in a resource-based tree structure decomposition of production planning (task), decomposing the production planning top-down according to the hierarchy of corporate resources. In the model, different decomposition level corresponds to different granularity of production task. The model decompose production plan to task type layer, task associated layer and the final task item layer, the tree leaf node is the final decomposition factors of the production.(3) Establish resources mapping mechanism based on BP neural network.Take the production factors obtained by decomposition template as the resource mapping network input; select the real production constraint data of various factors in daily manufacturing process as the samples for BP neural network learning. At the same time, define the critical resources needed for the production as the BP neural network output; the network output indicates the critical resource capacity required to complete a production plan. It could achieve the transform from production planning to resources capacities by the BP neural network mapping.(4) Establish the capacity assessment mechanism based-on the theory of constraints.The capacity assessment mechanism is based-on production resource meta-model and resource capacity assessment model of the resource analysis application platform, calculating the resource utilization of key resources, selecting the optimal production capacity to meet the needs of production tasks to achieve the task between resources capacities and production task.The thesis combines with the analysis and management requirements of production resources such as personnel, working hours, etc. of Shanghai Ship Institute. Analyze and manage the typical production activities of company in industrial park. We select the production working hour management system as an example to verify, and achieve a typical application of business-oriented resource analysis.The preliminary verification results show that the resource analysis application platform could provide a unified and effective management for overall resources and take a reasonable match between resource capabilities and needs of resource to achieve the rapid response of manufacturing resources, guarantee the decomposition and conversion various resource requirements from the production plan to phased implementation of produce. It provides a theoretical and practical basis of production management and manufacturing resources information for the manufacturing enterprise.
