Research On The Problem And Strategy Of Archival Data Security Supervision

With the promotion of big data,data is growing explosively,and its value and ease of use has led to various industries looking towards "data",and the term "archival data" has also been proposed and frequently used in the archival sector.However,while archival data can meet diversified,differentiated,precise and deep archival information needs,there are also risks of network security,platform security and data migration.As an effective way to ensure the security of archives,"supervision" has attracted the attention of the archival community in China,and research on the supervision of archives has shifted from "electronic" and "digital" to "data".The research on archival data security has shifted from "electronic" and "digital" to "data",and the strengthening of archival data security supervision can ensure the authenticity,integrity and security of archival data.This paper analyses the concepts related to archival data security supervision,explains the relevant theories,investigates the main problems in archival data security supervision in Z Archives from the actual work of archival data security supervision in Z Archives,and takes Z Archives as an example to explore the strategies of archival data security supervision.However,as the research target of this paper is only Z Archives,the proposed strategies may lack universality and only serve as suggestions for archival data security supervision in local and municipal archives,and the specific problems of each archive need to be analyzed.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is the preliminary preparation,through literature research,internet survey and interviews,to understand the research objectives and difficulties of archival data security regulation,to explore the development history and process of archival data security regulation research,and,at the same time,to analyse the overall idea of the subject research.It is proposed that archival data security regulation is conducive to guaranteeing the authenticity,integrity and usability of archival data;to achieving archival data integration under the premise of security;and to promoting the construction and improvement of relevant regulations.The second part is a theoretical study,which analyses the concepts and connotations of archival data security regulation,proposes the concept of archival data security regulation referred to in this paper,and elaborates on the risk management and supervision and control theories related to regulationThe third part is the current situation research and problem analysis,through interviews and field research,to understand the current situation of Z Archives in terms of resource construction,supervision methods,platform construction and talent team,pointing out that the practice of archival data security supervision in Z Archives suffers from the lack of sound regulations,more post-event supervision,untimely supervision feedback,limitations in off-site backup,lack of supervision platform,lack of awareness of archival data security supervision and insufficient supervision The fourth part is a strategic analysis.The fourth part is a strategic analysis,which examines the problems of archival data security supervision in Z archives and puts forward recommendations to explore the strategies of archival data security supervision in four aspects:strengthening the construction of standards and regulations,optimizing supervision methods,establishing a supervision platform,and improving the quality of curators,with a view to providing references for the work of archival data security supervision in local and municipal archives in China.
