Research On Optimizing Logistic Distribution Routing Problem For A Pharmaceutical Enterprise

In recent years,the rapid development of China's biopharmaceutical and other cold chain pharmaceutical industries has directly promoted the development of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics.Because of China's pharmaceutical cold chain logistics development time is not long,the technology of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics is backward,the management system is still not perfect,the policies and regulations and the standardization system are not perfect,etc,which not only leads to high operating costs of pharmaceutical enterprises,less profit margins,lower customer satisfaction,but also makes the safety for pharmaceutical distribution not get effective guarantee.On this background,the research on the optimization of the distribution route of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics can not only effectively reduce the distribution cost of pharmaceutical enterprises,improve customer satisfaction,but also promote the construction of low-carbon cold chain logistics in China and ensure national drug safety.Based on the status of logistics distribution of a pharmaceutical enterprises in nationwide scope,this paper studies the optimization of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics distribution path in this enterprises in Beijing.Firstly,it investigates and analyzes the domestic and international research status of pharmaceutical cold chain and logistics distribution path.Secondly,based on the definition and characteristics of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics,the problems and causes of a pharmaceutical enterprises 's cold chain logistics distribution are analyzed and summarized.Thirdly,considering the green low-carbon concept,a multi-target pharmaceutical cold chain logistics distribution path optimization model considering carbon emissions and soft time windows is constructed.Fourthly,based on the comparative analysis of logistics distribution path algorithms,GRASP-VNS hybrid algorithm is designed.Finally,calculate the optimization result of the distribution route with the smallest total distribution cost of a pharmaceutical enterprises in Beijing,and make recommendations for the drug distribution of a pharmaceutical enterprises in Beijing.In this paper,the pharmaceutical cold chain logistics path optimization plan of a pharmaceutical enterprises in Beijing can effectively save the distribution cost,improve the distribution efficiency and customer satisfaction,and prove the VRPSTW optimization model and design based on the pharmaceutical cold chain.The GRASP-VNS hybrid algorithm is feasible and effective.At the same time,the research results of this paper have certain guidance and reference significance for a pharmaceutical enterprises to carry out the optimization of the distribution route of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics nationwide.
