With the continuous development of the Internet economy,people's quality of life is constantly improving,and the demand for cold-chain products such as frozen food and seafood is also increasing.In order to improve the consumer shopping experience and ensure the freshness and safety of cold chain products,more and more fresh produce retail enterprises have begun to adopt a new retail mode,which combines the advantages of online e-commerce and offline retail.The delivery distance between the store and the consumer is shortened,and the problem of the last mile is better solved.However,the stores under the new retail mode mostly use a small number of multi-batch purchase strategies.Therefore,higher requirements are placed on the distribution efficiency of cold chain enterprises.This thesis takes the B2 B cold chain distribution between cold chain distribution centers and stores as the research object,and considers the time window requirements and carbon emissions of the stores,and aims to minimize the total cost of cold chain distribution.The mathematical model of the cold chain logistics distribution path optimization of multidistribution centers is simulated and solved using matlab software.First,the basic concepts and characteristics of traditional cold-chain logistics are explained,and compared with the cold-chain logistics distribution system under the new retail mode,the key issue affecting the development of cold-chain logistics under the new retail mode is the high cost of B2 B cold chain distribution between cold chain distribution center and stores.Secondly,this thesis introduces the basic concepts,classification and commonly used solving algorithms of vehicle routing problems.In view of the multiple parameters and high complexity involved in the optimization of the B2 B cold chain logistics distribution routing of multiple distribution centers,a heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.Afterwards,this thesis analyzes the composition of the distribution cost of cold chain logistics.Based on the consideration of low-carbon logistics and sustainable development concepts,the carbon emission cost is taken into the total cost of cold chain distribution,and the service time window of the store and the maximum vehicle load are considered.Based on the constraints,a multi-distribution center cold chain logistics distribution path optimization mathematical model is established with the goal of minimizing the total cost of cold chain distribution.Aiming at the premature situation in the later iteration of the particle swarm optimization,the immune memory,immune concentration adjustment,and vaccination are introduced into the particle swarm optimization through the three mechanisms of the immune algorithm,thereby obtaining a new immune particle swarm optimization algorithm,which ensures that the new algorithm can maintain a high diversity of particle population in the later iteration and improves the convergence speed and solution accuracy of the algorithm.The performance of the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm is tested by the test function,and the superiority of the immune particle swarm optimization is verified.Finally,combined with actual cases,matlab software is used to encode and simulate the algorithms and models,and the optimal vehicle distribution solution for the case is obtained.By comparing the results of the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm and the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm,the effectiveness of the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm and the rationality of the mathematical model established in this thesis are verified.This thesis studies the optimization of B2 B cold chain logistics distribution path of multiple distribution centers under the new retail mode,which can enable enterprises to reasonably schedule vehicle transportation,reduce the cost of cold chain distribution,and accelerate the circulation of cold chain products.At the same time,considering the carbon emissions generated during the cold chain distribution process,it is in line with the concept of lowcarbon logistics and sustainable development,which is conducive to establishing a good corporate image and enhancing corporate competitiveness.
