In water supply enterprises,the energy consumption of the pumping station accounts for a large proportion of the total energy consumption,and the pumping station generally has problems such as imbalance of supply and demand,poor management,etc.,resulting in a large amount of energy waste,reducing the energy consumption of the pumping station has become the key to energy saving and consumption reduction for each water supply enterprise.In this paper,aiming at the energy-saving optimization of water supply pumping station,based on the target power consumption theory,an optimal scheduling model with the minimum output per unit of power consumption is established,and the model is applied to the engineering practice,and the artificial bee colony algorithm is used for optimization calculation.By analyzing the limitations of the existing pumping station energy-saving adjustment technology,based on the unit output power consumption theory,the head and efficiency deviations of pumping stations are analyzed,the differences between system supply and demand are clarified,and the energy-saving optimization method of pumping stations based on target power consumption is proposed.The control variable method is used to study the efficient optimization performance of the artificial bee colony algorithm.The genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization algorithm and artificial bee colony algorithm are optimized by four standard test functions.The test shows that the artificial bee colony algorithm has great advantages over genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization algorithm,both in convergence speed and optimization precision.At the same time,in order to study the influence of different parameter settings on the optimization performance of the algorithm,three different groups of bee colonies(NP=30,50,100)and limit stagnation times(Limit=0.1×Ne×D,0.5×Ne×D,1×Ne×D)are set respectively,using the test function to optimize the experiment,the results show that when the size of the bee colony is between 50-100 and the number of stop stagnation is 0.5×Ne×D,the optimization performance of the artificial bee colony algorithm is better.Combined with the engineering background,the water supply pumping station adopts the energy-saving optimization method combining frequency conversion regulation and target power consumption control,establishes the mathematical model with the smallest unit power consumption,and uses the artificial bee colony algorithm to simulate the model,and obtains the best number of starters and speed ratio of the system under different flow and head requirements.The power saving rate of the modified water supply pumping station is 13.18%,which verifies the applicability and effectiveness of the artificial bee colony algorithm in the energy saving optimization problem of the pumping station,realizes the refined management of the pumping station,and has a certain reference significance for energy-saving transformation and efficient operation of the water supply pumping station.
