As the construction of informatization improving constantly,the transition and promotion of mobile communication industry in our country continue to accelerate.The industry carries on 3G and 4G network construction and business applications to meet the needs of the market actively. Growing market demand has led to the construction of the communication industry base station.With the increasing numbers of base stations,the electricity consumption also grows largely,which greatly increase the burden to daily maintenance and management of the base station.So how to control the base station energy consumption and to reduce the cost of communications companies has become a problem that communication enterprises can’t wait to solve.This paper is based on the information management of the base station of Daqing mobile branch.In order to meet the demand of the base station energy saving and intelligent management,this paper analysis the main reasons of base station power consumption.At the same time,it also makes an analysis and consumption to the overall power consumption of the equipment in the communication base station.This paper simultaneously makes a full introduction and analysis on the main energy saving technology of the modern communication base station,coming up with basic rules and energy saving plans of the communication base station.According to the requirements of intelligent base station management,the intelligent wind control technology is proposed for the communication base station.It uses monitoring system to identify the indoor and outdoor temperature and humidity of the communication base station.On the basis of meeting the normal working environment of the base station,it regulates and controlls the opening stop and operation mode of the air conditioning equipment in the base station.By all the means mentioned above,it achieves the purpose of saving energy and reducing the power consumption cost of communication company,which largely improves the competitiveness of the mobile company.Aiming at the disadvantages of multi carrier base station energy saving algorithm,multi carrier dynamic channel base station energy saving algorithm is proposed,which is a promotion of the multi carrier base station energy saving algorithm.A detailed description and performance evaluation of the energy saving algorithm are given in this paper.Aimulationresults and analysis are also made.Currently demand for multi-service base,Markov theory of optimal strategy,the business model proposed for the next multi-carrier power amplifier optimal energy-saving strategy,ensure the communication quality of service based on the resources of the base station channel to make rationalization,the full realization of the energy-saving high-tech base.With the use of intelligent wind control management system,it realizes the intelligent management of base stations.The managers of communication company are able to achieve the nearby environment of base stations and power consuming status of internal air conditioning and main equipments.They are also able to regulate and control remote air conditioning equipments and timely acquire and query early warning condition.At the same time,they can access early warning information and handle problems immediately.So,the loss of base stations can be reduced greatly.It also guarentees proper operation and realizes intelligent management of mobile base stations,which saves energy consumption of base stations.
