Based On The Case Analysis Of The Transfer Of High-end Manufacturing Enterprises Under The 5G Industry Chain

Since China entered the 4G era,mobile terminal payments and online shopping have become more and more routine.The generation and development of 4G brings not only the realization of its own value,but also the overall benefits of the extension and the entire industry chain.On June 6,2019,China entered the first year of 5G commercialization,and the foreseeable "changing wave of mobile phones" and promising smart cars have brought unprecedented growth opportunities to the high-end manufacturing industry under this industry chain.Against the backdrop of favourable markets,M&A transfers between companies are becoming more frequent.How to reasonably estimate the value of an enterprise and provide a basis for fair market transactions has become an important subject in the field of evaluation.In China,the valuation of high-end manufacturing enterprises according to traditional evaluation methods is still mainstream and has certain applicability,but the evaluation results will have some deviations due to the characteristics of the industry.Specific to the high-end manufacturing value assessment under the 5G industry chain,problems such as difficulty in determining operating income and value ratios may arise.On the basis of reference to a large number of domestic and foreign enterprise value evaluation theories,high-end manufacturing enterprise value evaluation research and 5G and industry research reports under its industrial chain,this thesis discusses the high-end manufacturing valuation issue in the context of 5G.This thesis includes the following five parts:The first part is an introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background related to 5G and its industrial chain.At the same time,the research situation,achievements and possible innovation points of the valuation of high-end manufacturing industry at home and abroad are described.The second part is the case introduction.Matters,processes and conclusions related to the valuation of the transfer ND company.The third part is case analysis.On the basis of detailed research,after summarizing the worthwhile parts of the case,we found possible problems in the valuation of the transfer case and explored its causes.The fourth part is the suggestion and inspiration of the case.Provide relevant suggestions and summarize case inspiration based on the previous questions.The fifth part is the conclusions and limitations of the research.The conclusions are elaborated and the limitations of the research are summarized.As a member of the high-end manufacturing company,ND Company uses the transfer case as an example to peek into the high-end manufacturing industry with high knowledge barriers,assessments relying on professional judgment,and market law by combining life-cycle theory to predict operating income and revise the market-to-sales ratio.How to evaluate if the applicability is poor.This provides a certain reference for the valuation of high-end manufacturing,further improves the theoretical system for the application of traditional evaluation methods,and provides suggestions for the value evaluation of high-end manufacturing enterprises under the 5G industry chain.
