At present,with the economic environment changes,many industries around the world are facing changes,including changes in business models,industrial structure adjustment and customer demand and so on.For the manufacturing industry enterprises,the need for continuous improvement,including improving the production process,improve service quality,speed up the product development cycle,and strive to use smaller operating costs to do more things.In order to adapt to this ever-changing trend,global manufacturing companies have resorted to advanced network technology to strengthen the enterprise information deployment,improve core competitiveness.Wireless Local Area Network(WLAN),which refers to a local computer through the sharing of wireless media to achieve interoperability of a computer network.The use of enterprise network employees through mobile phones,notebooks and other clients,free access to the enterprise LAN for network office.Network office convenience is everywhere,such as office more simple;access to information more convenient;office constraints reduced;more channels with customers to communicate and so on.Network office can also save a lot of business expenses,which is conducive to enterprises to create better economic benefits.Scale WLAN network in the actual use of the process may face a variety of problems and challenges,it is necessary to carry out research,analysis of how to choose a dense network solution is to use fat AP(wireless access point)or thin AP approach;how to efficiently implement frequency planning to meet the required service area coverage and transmission quality and so on.At present,advanced 802.11 n technology makes the enterprise wireless network more economically feasible.This paper will study and analyze the various deployment methods of wireless local area network,including the typical scheme and characteristics of dense and thin AP in the manufacturing industry,A variety of different situations using fat,thin AP dense network of the method of a detailed analysis,summed up a better general design method.In the design and construction practice of the commercial WLAN network,the author has observed and recorded the effect of WLAN intensive network,and tried to use different networking methods for different customers,and then through empirical analysis Way,the effect of various networking methods were compared,and the causes of the problems were explored.At the end of this paper,the wireless LAN in the course of the use of other common problems were summarized,and put forward the corresponding solution.
