With the popularization of mobile devices and the less cost of data.We are entering a rapid "Migration to the Internet" period.Before the booming of the Internet,most people only have a single identity in the real society.However,in recent years,more and more people began to have the second identity which is the identity of netizens.At the same time,in line with the real society,the ecology of the network society has gradually formed.People gather on Internet platforms with different styles and functions for social expression.These different network environments have gradually developed into Internet communities and somehow it is similar to the real society.There are many similarities between the internet community and the real social community,such as the common collective consciousness,cultural styles and norms of talking and behavior.On the other hand,due to its anonymity,huge number of group members and the difficulty of supervision,all of them make the internet community present in many different ways compared with the real society.As one of the most successful online communities,bilibili has a large number of users and a relatively young user group.Its birth and development are of great research value.As a video sharing community based on the ACG culture.bilibili has its influence increasing with the continuous development and growth of the ACG,and its development has been affected and restricted more and more as time going by.The decade of bilibili is also a decade of continuous improvement of our country's internet laws and regulations.In addition,in 2019,bilibili chose to begin "break the wall".Due to the continuous strong injection of the capital market,the need for its development and profitability have become more obvious.Under the influence of many factors,how to maintain a good community atmosphere is beyond important,and how to create a community environment that is more suitable for its size,needs and social expectations is not only a commercial issue,but also a critical social issue.This paper analyzes the formation and development of the bilibili community from the platform itself,government power,capital,content producers and content consumers,and tries to extract the factors that affect the construction of the bilibili community.Summarize its successful experience and provide feasible solutions for the community operation of other internet platforms,even the operation and maintenance of the entire internet ecosystem.On this basis,it tries to solve the development dilemma that bilibili is facing today and provide theoretical support for its community maintenance and construction.
