The increasing development of the Internet has promoted the diversity and convenience for study of emerging knowledge,on the basis of which the change of the traditional reading method of "Books and Newspapers" is made.New media that is emerged as a new product of science and technology promoted the rapid increase of the amount of online publications published by Press and facilitated the development of media platforms.However,the huge amount of reading has increased the demand and workload of network maintenance personnel of Press.Therefore,a product that can change the heavy human operation into semi-automatic management is required by society.Thus,the paper is designed to implement a distribution management platform system of new media.The new media publishing management platform system is a collection of multiple publishing one that integrates real-time monitor,task allocation,one-click publication and message integration.This platform integrates several media platforms such as Baijiahao,SoHu,Douban,and Yidian into one.It can realize the editing of articles on this platform and release them to major media platform with one click,by which the pageviews,comments,forwarding of articles in real time can be viewed and real-time interaction with readers can be achieved.To communicate and implement between services,the RESTful is used which takes the HTTP as a transmission protocol with a SOAP protocol combined to carry on the data transmission needed by HTTP.In addition,the Spring+Spring MVC+Mybatis is utilized for the construction and integration of business code.Redis non-relational database is used for the storage of hot data.The HTTPS communication protocol is applied in communication module to perform data transmission between services in JSON mode,in the process of which the data analysis is made through ClassLoader.This method successfully guarantees the reliable transmission of data between the clients and the servers.Compared with Web-service framework,the RESTful used by this platform reduces the coupling degree and improves the scalability,thereby the high availability and stability of the system can be ensured.This system has been used in several companies,such as Press and country government.Moreover,the system compatibility,user experience and stable online-operation are ensured.
