Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)has attracted increasingly wide attentions owing to its advantages of high detection speed,no need of sample preparation,no pollution, wide application to various environmental conditions.Process industries such as Petrochemical, pharmaceutical and biological fermentation have gradually used NIRS for real-time online detection. This thesis is devoted to the real-time data collection and monitoring management of NIRS.The main research contents include:To deal with the problems of closed algorithm and unopened data involved with NIRS made by a foreign instrument company, the internal spectral calibration modeling algorithms could not be modified by users, the spectral preprocessing algorithms coded by users could not be run by the instrument, and the collected data could not be directly stored to the local files, the spectral data acquisition program is designed along with the state and diagnostic information monitoring procedure, based on the TCP/IP interface and communication mechanism of NIRS,so as to obtain the real-time spectral data collected by NIRS,and carry out state and diagnostic information monitoring of the instrument. Moreover, multiple spectral preprocessing algorithms are programed to preprocess the collected spectral data in real time,in order to provide reliable data for subsequent spectral calibration modeling and monitoring.According to the characteristics of large amount of spectral data and multiple data acquisition channels in practical engineering application,single-channel and multi-channel database structures are designed, respectively, for constructing single-channel and multi-channel spectral databases,so as to overcome the deficiency of existing spectral instruments regarding data storage and reading.Accordingly,it is convenient to read the data of specified channel and specific time period. In addition, the structured query language(SQL)can be used to add, delete and label historical data in the database, further facilitating the subsequent spectral calibration modeling and real-time monitoring. To overcome the problem that the existing integrated development environment of spectral instruments is insufficiently intuitive, the graphical user interface(GUI)is developed based on Java Swing toolkit in combination with Java event processing mechanism, and the human-computer interaction interface of monitoring spectrum data and multi-channel data management interface are designed. The former mainly integrates the functions of real-time data acquisition, graphical storage and display of spectral data, state and health monitoring, along with multiple spectral data preprocessing algorithms. The latter mainly integrates the functions of graphical storage and display of multi-channel spectral data, and multiple spectral data preprocessing algorithms.Such design of graphical user interface brings convenience for users to conduct real-time spectral data acquisition and monitoring management.
