In the current of software development, in order to reduce the cost of software development and convenience to user-friendly, in the new customization of software development, users have to put forward the requirement that inherit the software and carry out effective restructuring and integration. In order to solve this problem, a method of software development have been proposed based on the software component (Software Component). The component is oriented software architectur of reusable software module. Component is composed of reusable software components, and can be used to construct assembled into other software. Component-Based Software Development (Component-Based Software Development, CBSD) is an important area of software engineering, is considered the main way to solve software crisis and to improve software productivity and software quality, and enhance the software open and adaptable to external disturbances. Therefore, It will become a pop in the statute of components describetion and the release of components information of the components technology research area.This paper focuses on the research component model to support the distributed control system application software development, real-time multi-tasking graphical support tools, with real-time characteristics of real-time component model and interface semantics of the Statute of the syntax as well as its graphical design tool DRSCDE component model. Facet-based real-time software component is described in the introduction of XML Schema based on the technology, to fully describe the information of real-time component of static properties and interface behavior, and gives graphical representation of real-time component interface behavior that enables real-time component information describing with a unified specification.This paper is based on the information of real-time Component interfaces on the Statute of XML Schema, with the.NET platform real-time component information release system with the C/S mode was designed. The system's user interface requires the user input the interface information in accordance with the standard of real-time component model, to form a XML documents with the standard of real-time component interfaces information, and then verify the information of the real-time component interface's element and attributes with the Statute of XML Schema by real-time component interface information, in order to the real-time component interfaces information released by users accord with the unified and standardized of real-time component interface model,and then the information of real-time component can be released, and the other users can easily understand the information of real-time component which displayed on the WEB platform with an HTML-formatted file.
