With the development of voice interaction technology,intelligent products with voice interaction system as the core have entered the public view.Because of the particularity of its bearing platform,voice assistant of smart phone has higher penetration rate,richer interaction mode and more use scenarios,which will still occupy an important place in the future development of artificial intelligence.However,the mobile voice assistant does not make full use of the advantages of its multi interaction fusion.In some complex tasks and non natural scenes,there are still problems such as confusion of interaction logic and lack of initiative.Based on the above background,this paper studies the principles of voice assistant interface design from the perspective of GUI and VUI.In this paper,I choose 5 voice assistants which are widely used in the market,based on the five elements of user experience,this paper analyzes the voice assistant from four dimensions:Product highlights,design performance,product function and interaction.It builds four quadrants with the dimensions of function and information,and selects 14 typical problems in each quadrant to test.Summarized the limitations of the current voice assistant,and combines with analyzing the evolution of the development of computer interaction and the changes of design thinking and design specifications of representative products,then summarized 13 influencing factors of voice assistant design.Then through expert interviews and user questionnaires,the factors are converged to 8 items,and AHP analysis is used to determine the weight of each factor.Finally,based on the previous research,combined with the thinking of component-based design,the design of voice assistant is completed on the basis of eight influencing factors:cognitive guidance,multi-threaded operation,integrated information access,active interaction,scenario design,personalized design,flat and light design and multimodal design.
