Reserch On Multy-channel Interaction Of Handheld Mobile Device Based On Voice Interaction

With the continuous strengthening of the dominant position of the mobile Internet,voice interaction technology has been popularized in the market,optimizing the user's human-computer interaction experience.However,there are still many interactive problems in the current handheld mobile voice applications,which not only has great influence on the convenience of voice interaction,but also increases the complexity of human-computer interaction.In order to solve these problems,this study considers how to combine voice interactions with visual interactions and gesture interactions to achieve multi-channel interactions,so as to compensate for the disadvantages of voice interactions and improve the interaction efficiency and user satisfaction.Specifically completed the following work:1.Analyze the technical principle and basic characteristics of voice interaction,including the advantages and disadvantages of voice interaction,usage scenario classification,application type classification,handheld mobile interactive terminal and wake-up mode.And by reading a large number of documents,the main principles to be followed in the speech interaction design process are analyzed and summarized.2.Relying on Siri voice assistant,we conducted hand-to-hand mobile voice interaction and gesture interaction contrast tests.We measured the interaction efficiency,user satisfaction,number of task attempts,success rate,interaction steps,and voice interaction terms of the two methods.3.Based on experimental data and user interviews,taking Siri Speech Aid as an example,summarizing the existing interaction problems in the voice assistant,summarizing the task model suitable for using voice operations,and investigating the user's current usage and future use.Willingness.Combining these analyses,this article complements the existing principles of speech interaction.4.Completion of the handheld mobile multi-channel speech interaction design expression.The visual interface of speech interaction was improved,and a set of custom gestures in speech interaction was organized.The innovation of this research is to abandon technological factors.From the perspective of interaction design,the characteristics of speech interaction are studied,and a multi-channel interaction method is proposed.It is expected that the design principles supplemented and reconstructed in the paper will play a guiding role in the design of future mobile interactive voice interactions.
