The Research And Design For Smart Phone Voice Assistant That Based On The Efficiency Of Interaction

With the popularity of high-speed mobile networks,the rapid development of mobile networks and the relevant technical standards continue to improve,people's lifes today have come into the smart era,not just computers,mobile phones,also including smart TV,smart navigation,smart home and so on,all aspects of people's basic needs are beginning to use smart technology.Intelligent Voice Assistant is a new generation of interactive mode which is based on voice input,three years ago,Apple released iPhone 4S,compelling smartphone virtual assistant Siri has first referenced the voice recognition technology into mobile terminals in human-computer interaction.This led to the development of voice recognition technology wave and been the beginning of the era of intelligent voice interaction.Voice as one of the most natural,harmonious and effective means of interaction,has began to receive widespread attention by people.Mobile Internet market is constantly changing and mobile products increasingly competitive.The advent of the mobile era has changed the user needs,growing mobile phone screen changing the user's operating habits,more functional increasing the difficulty of the operation of users.These changes affect the efficiency of the product interaction and user experience.Almost voice assistant products are facing functions homogeneity,low efficiency of interaction,the user viscosity is not enough,the speech recognition accuracy in complex conditions from the practical issues still have large gap.The paper based on the principles of human-computer interaction interface and interactive elements of the analysis to the work load of the theory,design psychology,information processing theory as the theoretical basis.Build a person-Environment-Equipment-Task interactive efficiency research model,combined with intelligent voice interactive features and characteristics of the terminal,summed up the design principles to make voice interaction more efficiency,naturalness,richness and the ways to improve the efficiency of voice assistant interface interaction.Finally,take the research results to Baidu voice assistant practice projects and provide the reference to future intelligent voice product design.
