The productive forces and economy of modern society began to develop rapidly.In terms of daily consumption,suddenly your demand for fresh products and their quality requirements are also increasing,which leads to the rapid development of cold-chain logistics related fields.Because of the particularity of cold chain logistics and its high energy consumption and high carbon emissions,this is contrary to the concept of low-carbon environmental protection advocated now.In the process of cold chain logistics distribution,enterprises must give consideration to both economic benefits and environmental impacts,among which the choice of transportation and distribution route is one of the important factors affecting carbon emissions.Therefore,the research on the optimization of low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution path should conform to the development direction of the times.Cold chain logistics distribution of perishable food with high cost and strict timeliness.In this paper,the optimization problem of low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution path is focused on.It can analyze the total cost of cold chain logistics distribution and customer satisfaction specifically related to contract cost,fixed cost,transportation cost and refrigeration cost.The carbon emission factor is considered to be quantified and included into the total cost.The distribution path optimization mode of multi-objective low carbon cold chain logistics with the lowest total cost and the highest customer satisfaction is established.In this paper,the optimization problem of low-carbon cold chain logistics distribution path is solved based on the Chaos Cat Swarm Optimization.Cat Swarm Optimization has the advantages of fewer control parameters,easy to understand principle,and fast optimization speed.At the same time,there is also a defect that is easy to fall into local optimal.In view of the shortcomings of Cat Swarm Optimization,Chaos Cat Swarm Optimization is designed.In addition,random hybrid search mutation and elite retention crossover strategy are used,whichcan improve its own shortcomings.Examples were combined to compare and analyze the solution results with the basic Cat Swarm Optimization and genetic algorithm.Its feasibility and superiority have been proved.Finally,taking the cold chain logistics distribution problem of J enterprise as an example,Chaos Cat Swarm Optimization was applied to solve the problem,which was compared with the results obtained by genetic algorithm and basic Cat Swarm Optimization for analysis.The effectiveness and superiority of the Chaos Cat Swarm Optimization are verified,which can realize the optimization of the cold chain logistics distribution path of Enterprise J.In addition,corresponding optimization countermeasures and guarantee measures are proposed for J enterprise.The transportation and distribution quality of Enterprise J is guaranteed to improve the timeliness of distribution and customer satisfaction,which has a good reference value.
