The Internet of things has developed rapidly in recent years and generated a huge amount of resources.The heterogeneity of these resources makes it a challenging problem to construct an interconnected IoT ecosystem.Semantic technology combines knowledge engineering to represent and reason data.In IoT domain,semantic technology can be used to create machine-readable data,thus semantic technology has become an important way to realize the interconnection of IoT.This paper firstly studies the architecture of semantic IoT,and then focuses on two key technologies:IoT ontology construction and resource model construction.Firstly,ontology is the foundation of resource search and service development in semantic IoT,and this paper constructs a new ontology automatic construction model;meanwhile this paper proposes a context-information-based knowledge-tuple extraction algorithm and a tuple-structure-based similarity algorithm,and these two algorithms are used to ensure the accuracy of concepts and attributes in ontology;this paper proposes a resource-description-based knowledge-tuple extraction model to make full use of the structured information in IoT systems,this helps to obtain a more comprehensive knowledge.Secondly,resource model is the basis of the resource definition and application in IoT systems,and this paper constructs a new resource model semi-automatic construction model;meanwhile this paper proposes a context-based entity linking algorithm to ensure the accuracy of core concept selection;this paper proposes an ontology-based relational extraction and tree construction algorithm to ensure the completeness and accuracy of resource model.Finally,this paper builds a prototype based on the above construction model,generate the results and evaluate the results based on the experts'knowledge and evaluating system.
