With the development of related technologies, the Internet of Things has been widely used in various fields. As an important part of the Internet of things, sensor is the most important source of data, but the data collected from the single sensor cannot meet the needs of users. It is very important that comprehensive utilization of a variety of data and information makes Internet of things plays its value. Due to the huge amount, heterogeneity and domain-dependence of the data collected from the sensor, difficulty of data transmission, processing, and sharing increases. The ontology modeling in semantic web can eliminate the ambiguity of concepts and obtain a unified understanding of domain knowledge. Semantic tagging technology based on ontology can effectively solve the problem of heterogeneous data, thus realizing the effective use of the Internet of Things. Linked Data is a lightweight way to implement the semantic web, and it is a collection of best practices.Through the establishment of the links between the data, Linked Data can get more relevant resources, and then realize the sharing and reuse of knowledge.Firstly, this paper establishes an ontology model, which focuses on describing the sensor devices and sensor data in the Internet of Things system and introduces the characteristics of time, space and subject to describe the relationship between concepts. This model also carries on semantics annotate and builds the foundation of the association. Secondly,this paper use ontology model to label equipment and sensor data in the Internet of things so that machine can read device description data and device aware data and the labeled data is represented by a uniform data format to solve the heterogeneity problem, then, according to the construction method of association data, the relationship between sensor data and other information resources in the Internet is established, which can enrich the value of the data. Finally, a shared network system is designed and implemented based on the theory and method mentioned.This system can publish and share the sensor data based on the four Linked Data principles and obtain abundant data through links. By comparing with the existing publishing system, this system has certain improvement in the linked richness of Linked Data, accuracy of data query and accuracy of the link-building.
