As one of the important contents of China's national development strategy,Internet of things is an important part of strategic emerging industries.With the rapid development of Internet of things applications,it presents the development trend of cross domain technology integration,with the typical characteristics of scale,multi-mode and intelligence gradually showing.complex Internet of things applications often involve independent Internet of things systems that follow different systems and standards.The device connection mode,communication protocol,data generation format and the professional knowledge involved are quite different.However,the independent Internet of things system can not meet the development needs,the chimney system construction and upgrade mode defects are obvious,technology iteration will lead to the continuous improvement of system architecture complexity,and eventually lead to system reconstruction.At the same time,the difficulties of information sharing and the lack of interoperability between heterogeneous systems have become the constraints of the development of the Internet of things.Semantic technology is a specific way to connect computer formal representation and the real world,so it has become one of the key technologies to solve the problem of heterogeneous system integration and cooperation.Semantic Internet of things is an improved form of Internet of things.It is a multi-level integration of Internet of things and semantic technology.Through the integration of semantic web and big data technology,the core functions such as semantic description of IOT information,semantic annotation and semantic data analysis of structured data,semantic information storage,semantic query,semantic reasoning and semantic flow processing are realized,to solve the problems of semantic interoperability and collaboration between heterogeneous systems of the Internet of things,and then realize the intelligent application of the Internet of things.This project will be based on the national major scientific instrument and equipment development project,Aiming at the related problems of intelligent professional scientific research instrument control,the integration application method of semantic technology and Internet of things and the key application technology of engineering process are deeply studied,The specific research work is as follows.1.Research on semantic modeling method of perception and control in Internet of things.For application scenarios and functional requirements,a semantic description framework of Internet of things with multi-level abstraction ability and low coupling between levels is constructed.The semantic category and relationship of each part in the framework are clarified,which lays the foundation for the formal semantic model(native)design of each part in the semantic description framework.Then,the semantic representation method of events for IOT application scenarios is studied,and the IOT event ontology is designed to represent the abstract events and event relationships in IOT;Next,based on the event ontology of the Internet of things,a domain ontology with the ability of sensing and controlling event representation of the Internet of things is constructed,In this process,following the principle of ontology reuse,the typical domain ontology(SSN)which can be used in IOT applications is improved and expanded to support the description of event types and the relationship between events,Through ontology alignment,the event model of Internet of things is associated with the improved Internet of things basic ontology.Finally,for the specific scene of X-ray single crystal diffractometer monitoring,based on the IOT perception and control ontology,the semantic modeling of device composition,component relationship and operation process is carried out,and the IOT perception and control ontology is verified.2.Research on the construction and query technology of Internet of things knowledge management system.Based on the semantic description framework,the knowledge management system of Internet of things is designed and constructed to store concept knowledge and event logic knowledge,and provide knowledge query ability.According to the characteristics of IOT perception and control application,the knowledge system of IOT application is divided into two parts: knowledge map with concept as the core and matter map with event as the core.It can realize the formal semantic models such as perception and control ontology,concept mode layer ontology and reason mode layer ontology,and special knowledge management functions such as storage and query of knowledge instances and event instances.It solves the problem of knowledge organization in the matter graph and knowledge graph,as well as the storage and query of concept and event knowledge based on Semantic Web technology.Finally,the query performance of BSBM and X-ray single crystal diffractometer is tested and analyzed.The results show that the query performance of the knowledge management system of the Internet of things can meet the needs.3.Research on stream data real-time semantic annotation technology.In order to solve the problem of semantic annotation method in the construction of semantic flow in the application of Internet of things,In this paper,a data stream semantic processing method is proposed.The application background is the running state control of high precision kappa geometric goniometer of X-ray single crystal diffractometer,The methods of data flow acquisition,semantic mapping file creation,semantic annotation and semantic data flow are described in detail.Finally,the tagging method is tested on the kappa goniometer sensor data set of the X-ray single crystal diffractometer control system.The experimental results prove the effectiveness of the method,and provide data basis for the research of semantic flow processing engine.4.Research on semantic flow processing technology and application method?This paper analyzes the semantic stream continuous query language in detail,designs and implements the RDF stream processing engine,This paper studies the optimization of continuous query execution in the process of semantic flow processing,and proposes the methods of syntax level optimization and logical query plan optimization.Finally,the function of semantic flow processing engine is verified in typical scenarios such as X-ray single crystal diffractometer status monitoring,kappa geometric goniometer anti-collision control and diffraction image acquisition integrity evaluation.Experiments show that the semantic flow processing engine is effective in processing semantic flow data of Internet of things.
