Research On "Peasant,Rural And Agriculture" Report Of People's Daily Under Frame Theory

Marx once pointed out that agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,so the government's policies towards agriculture is determined by the special status of agriculture.At the beginning of the 21 st century,China has begun to enter a new stage of development,from the realization of the second-step strategic goal to the third strategic deployment,that is,basically realize modernization,and first build a well-off society in 20 years.As the largest news media in China and the "foundation" of the whole party and the people,"People's Daily" plays a vital role in the report of "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture".In this paper,the author takes "People's Daily" as the research object,combines with the changes in the "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" policy,in order to explore how "People's Daily" leads the public opinion of about "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture " policy,how the news report reflects the party and the country's emphasis on the three issues,which also helps to understand the current development status of agriculture,rural areas and farmers in China.The author takes a sample analysis of the "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" reports from2000-2019 in the "People's Daily",and adopts Zang Guoren's textual analysis method of high,middle and low-level structure to analyse the "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" reports in "People's Daily" framework.Firstly,through the content analysis method,text analysis method and document analysis method,the author introduces an overall reporting situation by constructing eight categories of the overall status of the “Peasant,Rural and Agriculture”report in the “People 's Daily”,that are,the number of reports,the layout of the report,the source of the news,and the genre of the report and so on.Secondly,based on the previous surface data analysis,the author makes an in-depth text analysis of the news text,such as what kind of theme framework does the "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" in the "People's Daily" report,and what are the characteristics of the frame and the factors that form the frame?Through research,it is found that the high-level framework of the “Peasant,Rural and Agriculture” report in the People 's Daily is divided into a policy guidance framework,an economic development framework,a social assistance framework,a cultural construction framework,and a rural political framework.In the mid-level framework study of "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" reports,representative news texts were selected for detailed analysis,and find that the middle-level schema of news reports is relatively fixed.In the low-level frame analysis of the news text,it mainly analyzes the title,quotation,numbers,rhetoric and other aspects of the "Peasant,Rural and Agriculture" report in the "People's Daily".Some factors,such as polity,economic development,the positioning of the newspaper itself,and the reporter's personal cognition all affect the news reporting framework.The text content of the in-depth news framework can provide a deeper insight into the social significance behind the news report.On the whole,the “Peasant,Rural and Agriculture” report of People 's Daily does not passively reflect the objective world,but is produced and disseminated under the corresponding news framework.It is also fully responsible for faithfully reflecting society and promoting social development.In the course of the research,the author also summarized the suggestions for the optimization of the “Peasant,Rural and Agriculture” report of the“People 's Daily”.The first one is to innovate the report form and enhance the readability of the information,the second one is to enhance the spreading of information,the third one is to enhance the serviceability and practicability of information,so as to better serve the development of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".
