In the age of artificial intelligence,libraries emphasize knowledge discovery and communication and construct the knowledge network with the digital library as the core.Although China's libraries have CALIS(China Academic Library and Information System)and other joint institutions and their standards,Chinese libraries are now limited by IT technology and ILS(Integrated Library Systems).The standards of Chinese libraries are not yet uniform.We need a platform which could integrate cataloguing centres across China to replace ILS.FOLIO(Future of Libraries is Open)makes this idea a reality.This paper will analyze the third generation library services platform represented by FOLIO,and study the mainstream CNMARC metadata and DC metadata transformation on FOLIO platform.First of all,the paper expounds the development track of digital library management system in China,analyzes the characteristics and advantages of foreign excellent LSP(library services platform),emphatically describes and summarizes the characteristics of FOLIO,and summarizes the reasons why Chinese libraries choose FOLIO,or how Chinese libraries do not choose FOLIO.Secondly,the whole process of E-Resource management is described in detail,the problems of metadata management are put forward and the requirements are analyzed.All modules related to FOLIO metadata transformation are introduced,such as API,front-end,back-end database,etc.the virtual metadata domain Codex is mainly analyzed.And this paper looks forward to the future of metadata in China. Finally,the metadata conversion module is programmed and developed.The app source code that can be used in practice is designed by Python language.The shortage of the source code is analyzed and the development suggestions are given.
