In the process of the continuous development of the Internet and information technology,the development trend of informatization has appeared in various industries.In the field of library management,the latest digital technology has also been introduced,which has improved the informatization level of library management.At the same time,in order to solve the problems of diversified collection resource carriers,personalized user needs,and heterogeneous data types,FOLIO(The Future of Library is Open),a representative product of the new generation of LSP(Library Service Platforms),came into being.The platform is based on the existing library business and is guided by community collaboration to create a sustainable modern technology ecosystem.It uses open source applications to provide the library with the ability to manage library collections and expand the value of the library.FOLIO provides an open platform which similar to APP Mall,encouraging third-party developers such as libraries,publishers,software vendors to contribute to the application module.The library can also take advantage of this opportunity to participate in the development of software outsourcing development standards,realize the standardization and flow of requirements,realization,testing,acceptance and operation and maintenance,build a personalized integrated environment on demand,promote the development of library differentiation,and avoid the situation of"Thousands of libraries share the same model".It helps to significantly reduce the cost of operation and maintenance in the library and improve the service level of readers.This paper deeply analyses the community structure,function structure and related application practice of FOLIO,the new generation library service platform,analyses the user requirements from the actual situation of the library workflow,designs functional modules based on the system requirements,and completes the design and implementation of some functions of the library service platform under the FOLIO framework.The specific process of system development is discussed in detail,including:research on the technical theoretical basis of the platform construction and development;analysis of system functional requirements,including book search requirements,book borrowing requirements,book lending requirements and system management requirements;design of system basic platform construction,database design and module design;system development.Using Java language and MySQL in the system database,the core function modules of the system are developed and implemented with emphasis.In the form of class diagram,time series diagram and use case diagram,the main functions of each module and the logical relationship between them are displayed,the specific business of each module is described in the form of flowchart,and the design and implementation of the LSP is completed.In the system test link,the paper shows that the main functions of each module are described in the form of flow chart.Defmes the system test objectives,test methods,guidelines,and uses the white-box testing and black-box testing combined mode to test the service module from two levels of performance and function.The system basically meeting the design requirements.The design and development of this library service platform is a useful exploration of FOLIO applications.It opens up the whole process of FOLIO module development based on micro-service architecture,verifies the low dependence of each module on the development technology and framework,and verifies the openness and scalability of FOLIO platform.
