During the process of Weather Data Sharing service, it's needed to transform, analyze, handle and integrate the data of different format from different platform. XML, one of the hottest technology, can be the medium to deal with data transforming because of its feature. Web-Access mode,based on HTTP protocol and using explorer as the front facility, has been accepted by most people. The thesis is introduced a solution based on Web and using XML as a kind of middle result to collect and distribute the data from different data-source platform, and appeal the handling requirement of different format data in Weather data share service.Firstly, The thesis clarified the problem of Weather data sharing, analyzed the importance and meaning of the problem. Then it put forward the solution of data collecting and distributing based on XML, supported by Web Services technology. And then The thesis analyzed the speciality of relative technology with the introduction of the technology about the solution .In the third paragraph, It made the comparison of relative developing technology, selected the technology about Web developing, DataWare and Web Services, with the technology background introduced last, and then selected the developing tools and platform, built the whole and component model of the system.In the forth paragraph, The thesis introduced the developing environment of Weather Data Collecting and Distributing platform and the implementing technology J2EE series in detail, then the finished the system and stated the theoretical and reality meaning of using J2EE to implement the system. At last, It sum up the design of Weather Data Sharing and Distributing system, and prospect the foreground of weather data sharing service.
