China-South Korea Free Trade Area'S Trade Impact On Korean Electronic Products

Electronic information industry occupies a very important position in the economic and trade between China and South Korea.The establishment of china-south Korea free trade zone also provides an institutional guarantee for the cooperation of electronic information industry between the two countries.As a pillar industry,the development of electronic industry and trade between the two countries,not only can improve the level of economic development,the two countries can also optimize the industrial structure and enhance the level of employment and promote to solve the capital surplus,insufficient domestic demand,weak market and macroeconomic on the main problems of excess capacity,so this article chooses electronic industry analysis of the two countries.This paper uses the trade data of China and South Korea in 2010-2018 to study the intra-industry trade situation and its influencing factors of electronic products in China and South Korea.The results show that the trade level between China and South Korea is high,but the vertical characteristics show that there is still a big gap between the electronic industry structure between China and South Korea.The study also found that factors affecting the level of trade within the electronics industry include differences in per capita income between China and South Korea,the degree of openness between China and South Korea,South Korea's direct investment in China,and China's investment in scientific research.Finally,on the basis of this,through the empirical test of the trade data since1997-2018,the paper summarizes the article,proposes countermeasures for bilateral cooperation,research and development and industrial integration,and improves the cooperation mechanism between China and South Korea to maintain friendly economic and trade relations.Promote the development of electronic industry clusters,strengthen independent innovation capabilities,optimize China's industrial structure,introduce high-quality foreign investment,and implement differentiated product strategies to propose measures to promote intra-industry trade in the two countries.
