The publication of "go global" is a cultural development strategy put forward by China in conformity with the laws of global economic and cultural development and the improvement of the soft power of Chinese culture.“Go global” has now become the development goal of the current news and publishing industry,and has become the driving force for the industry to move forward in a highly integrated social process.As a representative of small and medium-sized domestic publishing houses,Yuelu Publishing House is also the only way to achieve its own sustainable development.In terms of external output,Yuelu Publishing House has carried out some practical explorations,but due to cultural barriers and language barriers,its publication "go global" has developed slowly.This paper uses the investigation method to analyze and study the "go global" of Yuelu Publishing House's publication,and finds out the problems of the "go global" process of the society;using interviews to understand the "go global" situation to the same type of ancient books publishing house,and find the place Small ancient books publishing houses are also facing the difficult situation of “go global”.Through research,the main problem that restricts the publication of Yuelu Publishing House's "go global" is that editors lack the concept of "go global".The topic selection plan only considers the domestic market,resulting in a variety of books suitable for "go global";the publisher has not established The effective output channels make the output channels relatively simple;they do not pay enough attention to the department staff setting and incentive system,and lack of “go global”professional talents;“go global” lacks external measures to ensure that Yuelu Publishing House cannot smoothly Carry out the "go global" work.The article proposes to enhance the “go global” concept of management and frontline editors,optimize content production in the topic selection process to enrich the variety of books,and use the new technology to develop new sales models and channels in the expansion of output channels.The incentive system is set up in the construction of human resources to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees to “go out”,and to use the power of the outside world to enhance the ability of Yuelu Publishing House to publish “go global” and open up a wider overseas market.
