Constructing Erhai Memory:Archiving Research On Dali Erhai

Erhai Lake is the mother river of Dali people,and the common wealth of Dali people.It nurtures generation after generation of Dali people and also affects the formation of Dali people's spiritual culture.The protection of Erhai Lake is the major concern of the current national and local governments,and how the archives department to participate in the war of the protection of Erhai Lake,and how to solve the problem that Erhai memory has not been systematically stored from the perspective of archives,this is the main problem to be discussed in this paper.With the passage of time,the natural environment and human environment of Erhai Lake have been affected and changed,and the archival materials recording these changes may disappear naturally because no one collects them,moreover,the archival materials produced in the process of scientific management,protection,governance,development and utilization of Erhai Lake also need to be archived and perfected.Therefore,the establishment of archives for Erhai Lake is the key link in the protection action of Erhai Lake.The archiving work of Erhai Lake in Dali not only records the changes and protection process of Erhai Lake through archiving,but also provides the way of protecting Erhai Lake with archives through archiving,which is an important way to record and protect Erhai Lake.From the perspective of Erhai Lake's memory construction,this paper discusses Erhai Lake's archiving work and its logical system,and the archiving model of plateau lakes and even more extensive types of lakes based on the case study of Erhai Lake's archives.According to the working experience related to the archiving of Erhai Lake,that is "Everyone acts to protect Erhai Lake" and "One lake,one file",this paper will define the main concepts of archives of Erhai Lake and archiving of Erhai Lake,archive for the natural information,scientific and technological information and cultural information of Erhai Lake,and put forward the concrete ideas and strategies to carry out the archiving work of Erhai Lake according to the problems of archiving work of "One lake,one file" and the difficulties will faced by the archiving work of Erhai Lake in Dali.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,which solves the basic understanding of archiving of Erhai Lake,explains why this paper studies this topic,and the current relevant research status.The second part discusses the definition of the relevant concepts of archiving of Erhai Lake,considering the concept,characteristics and classification of the archives of Erhai Lake,and discusses the theoretical basis,necessity and feasibility of the research topic in this paper;The third part is to extract the successful experience of related work and the problems that need to be avoided based on the topic of this study,and to analyze how the "Everyone acts to protect Erhai Lake" can be carried out smoothly and effectively in the local area,how to guarantee the social participation,and analyzes the current systematized,theorized and institutionalized state of archiving work of "One lake,one file";According to the field interview and questionnaire survey results,the fourth part learned about the multiple difficulties possibly will faced by the current Dali Erhai Lake's new attempt to conduct archiving work,what work needs to be prepared for archiving,what conditions are required to build a shared platform,and the difficulties of guiding public participation from different angles;The fifth part focuses on the concrete ideas and strategies of archiving work of Erhai Lake in Dali,and puts forward the implementation strategy of the front-end control,middle-end control and final-end control of archiving work in Erhai Lake.The front-end control stage mainly solves the problem of who will archive,what to archive and the principle of archiving for Erhai Lake.The middle-end control is based on the successful experience of the relevant work and the problems and difficulties in the previous part.This part aims to figure out the work content of archiving for Erhai Lake,what policies and resource guarantees are needed,how to build a shared platform,what is the responsibility of different archiving subjects and how to do a good job of propaganda to assist the smooth development and operation of the archiving work of Erhai Lake.The final-end control is a different link in the archiving work of Erhai Lake,which is discussed from the aspects of collection,classification,storage and utilization of archives in detail.In particular,it is pointed out that Erhai Lake archives are divided into the ontology archives of Erhai Lake,the management and utilization archives of Erhai Lake,and humanities archives of Erhai Lake.In addition,the paper puts forward the feedback mechanism for the archiving work of Erhai Lake,in order to explore the theory and practice model suitable for the archiving work of nine plateau lakes and other plateau lakes in Yunnan.
