Now in order to deal with the serious problems of environmental protection, it becomes more and more important for the government to perform management works efficiently, such as water resources protection, pollution control project construction etc., with modern information technologies. Erhai Lake is located in the Bai Autonomous Prefecture of Dali, Yunnan province and its Environmental Protection has been listed by the Treasury and the Ministry of Environmental Protection as one of the most national pilot projects. How to protect the ecological environment of Erhai efficiently becomes the priority among priorities in the environmental protection work for the Dali Prefecture government. The integrated information system for Erhai Lake environmental protection project construction based on internet technologies, database, and mobile internet applications is realized in this paper, which is now being used as an information platform to improve the working efficiency of management for the pollution control project construction.Firstly, the necessity and significance of the integrated information system for Erhai Lake environmental protection project are elaborated. In order to identify the major research work clearly, the requirements are analyzed in the system and system architectures are designed. The system design process is described. Then the thesis introduces the development of technology and software tools which are Myeclipse used in the system. Using JSP language the system based on MYSQL database, we have build a web mobile application.Secondly, we have analyzed the key technologies of the system in this article including construction pictures in the pilot projects showing regularly, the usage of baidu map’s API, the marking locations of the map in projects, the whole details about the pilot projects, the exchange data between the interface and the database.Thirdly, the system design is given in details clearly in the paper, including comprehensive information function displaying in the mobile terminal, data management in the background system and the logical designs of database in the server system. On this basis the database tables and css styles are completed, writing and debugging codes are completed in order to finish the whole Erhai Lake environmental protection project on the web. Finally, the software tested the functions of system and the compatibility of system are which shows the result that the system on the display, transmission, and the processing has reached a preliminary expectations. The study of the thesis will be finished entirely.
